Brand New Laptop Supply, Data Recovery & Windows 11 Setup – On-Site IT Support in Newton Arlosh near Wigton

At Cartcom, we recently completed a full Brand New laptop supply and installation service for a long-standing customer near Newton Arloth, close to Wigton.

The job began with the collection of the customer’s old laptop, which was carefully inspected to recover important documents, photos, and data. All data was successfully transferred to a brand-new laptop, ensuring nothing was lost in the upgrade process.

Once the data recovery was complete, we supplied and fully configured a new Windows 11 laptop, including:

• Installation and setup of Windows 11
• Configuration of Cartcom security software
• Installation of remote management and support software
• Full installation of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and more)
• Completion of all Windows updates and system optimisation

After setup, the new laptop was delivered back on-site to the customer, where we:

• Connected and tested the printer
• Set up and verified internet and network access
• Provided clear advice and hands-on guidance to ensure the customer was comfortable using the new system
