Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing design team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise SaaS applications and B2B digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions that meet the needs of business users. Your work will help shape the overall product experience for complex workflows and data-heavy applications.

Core Competencies:

  • Enterprise & B2B User Research: Ability to conduct research specific to business users, understanding workflow complexities and professional needs.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes that address enterprise-specific challenges.
  • Interaction Design: Understanding of complex interaction patterns within SaaS applications to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align design with technical constraints and business goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and usability across enterprise software interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with UX Research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of enterprise and B2B users.
  • Collaborate on user personas, user journeys, and experience maps tailored to professional and enterprise use cases.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that align with business goals and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights.
  • Stay up to date with UX best practices, tools, and industry trends specific to enterprise SaaS and B2B applications.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving design systems and guidelines for consistency across enterprise products.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UX design, preferably with experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B application design.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar high-fidelity design software. Experience working with complex design systems a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.
  • Familiarity with designing for enterprise users, including considerations for accessibility, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing UX design work, preferably including enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.

Annual Salary Range: $90k-105k/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
