Location: 100% on-site near Austin Texas
Experience: 5-10 years - must speak fluency in English and Korean
Pay: $70.00 an hour (12-15 month possible contract to hire)
Previous experience in project management, engineering and manufacturing
20% travel to Ansan Korea

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Senior Global Technical Project Manager to oversee complex projects involving the design, modification, and installation of high-purity gas and chemical delivery equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. This role requires a proven track record in managing international projects, regulatory modifications, and coordinating cross-functional teams across diverse locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to hit the ground running and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle – from planning and design modifications to production, shipping, recertification, installation, and post-installation support.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, logistics teams, and customer service teams in both Korea and the USA to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee compliance with varied safety and regulatory requirements, driving necessary modifications and recertification efforts.
• Facilitate clear communication between international teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Proactively resolve issues and adapt strategies to meet evolving project requirements and risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional fluency in English and Korean.
• Proven experience managing complex international projects within the semiconductor or related industry.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory and safety code requirements, particularly in cross-border manufacturing environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, supplier relationships, and cross-functional project teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
