• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to loans, debit applications, and other financial services
• Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations and resolve issues effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• No prior call center experience required; we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating systems and applications simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
