This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Plano, TX at Stryde Research. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, maintaining communication with team members, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience in a healthcare or research environment is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
